Vijay & Asin Pairing Again!

The wait is all over for all Vijay fans. Actress Asin will playing the heroine role in Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Tamil remake of Malayalam Bodyguard!

Sources close to Asin have confirmed that the actress has given her nod to do the Tamil remake. Asin and Vijay are pairing together for third time after their blockbuster hits of Sivakasi and Pokkiri.

The movie will be directed by Siddique who did the original and produced by Sivaraju Venkatraju of Geetha Chitra International, who last made Priymanavale with Vijay in 2000.

The shoot of Bodyguard in Tamil is likely to start in the middle of March in Chennai.

Vijay’s 51st Film is Malayalam Movie Bodyguard Remake

The latest news about Vijay’s 51st movie is that Sivaraju Venkatraju with produce the 51st movie.

Vijay’s 51st movie is going to be produced by Sivaraju Venkatraju, who last made Priymanavale with Vijay in 2000. Vjay’s 50th film Sura is being produced by his Kathalikku Mariyathai producer Sangli Murugan.

Vijay 51st movie is going to remake of Malayalam super hit movie Bodyguard, directed by Siddique who will also do the Tamil version which will be produced by Sivaraju Venkatraju of Geetha Chitra International, Telugu film producers. Read the rest of this entry »

Vijay attends his mother’s concert

Ilayathalapathy Vijay attended his mother and noted carnatic singer Sobha Chandrasekhar performance at the Chennaiyil Thiruvaiyar event.

Vijay was accompanied by his wife Sangeetha and dad SA Chandrasekhar along with thousands of rasikas at the Kamaraj Arangam on Christmas day.

Lingusamy to Direct Vijay

Soon after completing “Vettaikaran’, Vijay has almost completed his first schedule for his 50th film “Sura’ directed by SP. Rajkumar. Meanwhile, buzzes have been going around that “Jeyam’ Raja may direct Vijay’s 51st film. But lately we could hear sources stating that Lingusamy has approached Vijay with a script.

Finally, Lingusamy himself clears it off confirming that he is going to direct Vijay’s next film. Vijay’s son Sanjay getting more offers

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is performing a dance together with his son Sanjay in the title song of “Vettaikaran’. Though, the news has been kept secretive in terms of offering sudden surprise to all Vijay’s fans, it has somehow spread across.

Now the latest buzz is that many leading producers and filmmakers have approached Vijay to let his son act in their films based on child subject.
