Vettaikkaaran audio launch on September 11

Vijay’s forthcoming film Vettaikkaaran audio launch is planned to be held on September 11th. The producers of the film are planning to launch it on September 11 and an official announcement is expected soon.

Sun TV bags Vettaikaran?

Latest Kollywood buzz is that Kalanthi Maran’s Sun Pictures has bagged the rights of Vijay’s Vettaikkaaran movie. Vettaikkaaran is set to hit the theaters this Diwali on October 17th and it will be taking on Udayanidhi Stalin’s Aadhavan featuring Surya.

Vettaikkaaran to release for Diwali

Vijay has confirmed that Vettaikkaaran will be released for Diwali 2009. Vettaikkaaran directed by Babu Shivam features Vijay and Anushka in lead roles.

Vijay said “Come hell or high water Vettaikaran is 100 percent confirmed to release on October 17, Diwali day.” Earlier there were reports that Vettaikaran has backed out of Diwali, since Udayanidhi Stalin confirmed that his Surya starrer Aadhavan will release on Diwali day. But now Vijay itself has confirmed that the movie will be release for this Diwali.

Vettaikkaaran Audio in September!

Vijay’s Vettaikkaaran movie directed by debutant director Babu Sivam is going at a fast pace and the movie is complete about 90 percent as per sources. Sources close to the movie, say that the audio Vettaikkaaran will be launched in September.

The music for the film has been scored by Vijay Antony and the movie has 5 songs. Vijay Antony is said to be tuned a very peepy song and it is very much like by Vijay since all his fans would love such songs. Vijay also has danced with his son Sanjay in a song sequence. Fire on Vettaikkaaran Movie Sets

Vettaikkaaran Sets on the AVM Studio was gutted with fir on the wee hours of today morning (July 31), luckily no one was injured since the shooting was over. Fire engine reach the spot arond 3am and the fire was completely put off.

It is said that fire started from the 6th floor on which a private television channel has put up sets for their reality dance show and it spread to the 7th floor where Vettaikkaaran set was put up. Read the rest of this entry »
