Vijay Wins Favorite Actor award!

Illayathalapathy Vijay has won Fans Favorite Actor award during the Kalaignar TV Isaiaruvi Channel’s awards for film music directors and playback singers. Udhayanidhi Stalin and director Dharani presented the award to Vijay during a function held to distribute the awards.

Velayudham Movie To Launch on July 15

Vijay’s much expected movie Velayudham will be launched on 15th of July. Velayudham movie shooting will happen a day later at the AVM Studios bus stand set. Vijay is back after wrapping his Siddique directed comedy flick Kaaval Kaadhal, with Asin in the lead. Kaaval Kaadhal post production works are going on now.

Velayudam is directed by Jayam Raja and it is the remake of the Telugu super hit movie Azad, released a few years ago. Velayudham will have Genelia and Hansika Motwani playing Vijay’s lead women. Read the rest of this entry »

Vijay at Vamsam Audio Launch Stills

Vijay’s Kaavalkaran movie has been renamed to Kaaval Kaadhal. Kaaval Kaadhal directed by Siddique features Vijay and Asin in lead roles. Kaval Kadhal is more apt title as per director Siddique and the movie is a remake of his Bodyguard film from Malayalam.

In the film Raj Kiran who is under threat from his enemies hire Vijay a bodyguard to protect his college going daughter Asin. However, soon Asin falls in love with Vijay creating complication.

Vijay and his unit of his Kavalkaran has flown to Malaysia on Friday night for the shoot of their film. Read the rest of this entry »
