Sun Pictures acquires Sura

Followed by the grand success of “Vettaikaran’, Sun Pictures have once again inked a deal with Vijay’s another film “Sura’. The film is produced by Sangali Murugan and is directed by S.P. Rajkumar. Starring Vijay in lead role, the film started rolling three months ago and is all set to be completed by first week of March.

Meanwhile, the producers of Sun Pictures have officially confirmed about acquiring rights over Vijay’s 50th film. The film features Thamannah in female lead and comedy king Vadivelu is expected to sway on with his rib-tickling hilarious quotients. Mani Sharma has completed tuning melodies and ace cinematographer Ekambaram cranks camera.

The complete film has been shot across the backdrops of beaches in Vizag, Kerala, Pondicherry, Tuticorin and other surrounding as the story revolves around fisherman community. Sun Pictures have planned to release the film by April.

    Hope u are reading this. I am a great fan of yours.i am only 11 going to 12. vettaikaran rocks. sura another blockbuster movie.I watched sura first day release at 12.30p.m though my exam is on tue. U are my all time favourite. your smile is just so nice.Waiting for kavalkaran.

    Vettaikaran was awesome !!!! I am not a vijay fan but watching the movie with my friends we all liked it very much. After Rajni i beleive Vijay is rocking.

    i am living in kerala,in kollam district.i had seen some comments from ajith fans and vijay fans and i want to say something that in kerala the other language actor having the most number of fans is vijay.followed by him comes allu arjun,and ajith has the least fans,with surya standing one step high from him.actually we did not watch ajith movies ,it is not interesting to watch it.they are really boring.only ajith film we kerala people watched interestingly is his vally.
