Vijay is the one actor who is acting in films without taking a break. We all know that ‘Sura’ faithfully followed ‘Vettaikaran’ a couple of months ago, with ‘Kaavalan’ and ‘Velayudham’ currently in the making.

The latest buzz is that the actor is now getting ready for two more films of him and has even finalised the directors. They are Vikram Kumar of ‘Yaavarum Nalam’ fame and Sargunam who hogged the limelight thanks to ‘Kalavani’.

“Vikram is in Vijay’s list for sometime now and the actor has already evinced his interest to work with the filmmaker. Only recently, he watched ‘Kalavani’ and is thoroughly impressed with Sargunam’s work,” sources say.

“Both have narrated their own storylines which were okayed by Vijay. Announcements are expected after the shoot of ‘Kaavalan’ directed by Siddique and ‘Velayudham’ by Jayam Raja are over,” add sources.

Not just that, Saranya is excited that she had visited the Taj Mahal for the first time. “I have read a lot about the monument of love right from the days when I was a school student. But got an opportunity to see it only recently because of my Telugu film Happy Happy Ga as it was shot near Taj Mahal.”

Although Velayudham was started with much fanfare and the photo shoots are over, looks like Vijay has put it on the back burner for the time being. For at least one month, to be precise. He still has some unfinished business for Kaavalkaran turned Kaaval Kadhal turned Kaavalan, which is in its final stages of production. He is expected to finish up the patch works for Kaavalan by the end of this month and move on to Velayudham after that.

Kaavalan is the remake of the Siddique-directed Malayalam hit Bodyguard that had Dileep and Nayanthara. Directed by Siddique himself, the Tamil version of the comic caper has Vijay and Asin playing the lead roles.

Then Whose Fan You are ? Wats your choice for 3idiots ? As a Vj fan I go for oly Vijay, i accept Its bit disgusting that he’s in amir role but i go for him in Maddy role.

We all know that ‘Sura’ faithfully followed ‘Vettaikaran’ a couple of months ago, with ‘Kaavalan’ and ‘Velayudham’ currently in the making.The latest buzz is that the actor is now getting ready for two more films of hi…m and has even finalised the directors. ஜாஸ் ஆலுக்காஸ் நகைக்கடை விளம்பரம் பார்த்தவர்கள் இரண்டு விஷயங்களுக்காக அசந்து போயிருப்பார்கள். ஒன்று விஜய். இன்னொன்று அந்த சில நிமிட விளம்பரத்தில் அற்புதமான ஒரு கதையை சொன்ன விதம்!

ஒரு பள்ளிக்கூடத்திற்கு முன்பு தனது படகு காரில் வந்திறங்குவார் விஜய். அப்போது அந்த பள்ளியில் படித்த சிறுவயது நினைவுகள் அவருக்குள் நிழலாடும். தான் செய்த ஒரு தவறுக்காக ப்யூன் ஒருவரை தலைமை ஆசிரியர் பிரம்பால் அடிப்பார். அப்போது கூட்டத்தை விலக்கிக் கொண்டு வெளியே வரும் சிறுவயது விஜய், ‘அந்த தப்பை அவரு செய்யல. நான்தான் செஞ்சேன்’ என்பார். அதோடு நினைவுகள் மறைய தனது கையால் அந்த பள்ளியில் மணியை அடிப்பார் விஜய். அப்போது தனது செயலுக்காக அடிவாங்கிய அந்த பியூன் வயதான தோற்றத்தில் து£ரத்திலிருந்து வருவார். விஜய்யை கட்டியணைத்துக் கொள்ளும் அவர் கண்கலங்க, ஒரு பரிசுப் பொருளை அவர் கையில் திணித்துவிட்டு சின்ன புன்னகையுடன் காரில் ஏறி சென்றுவிடுவார்.

பிரமிப்பு விலகாத ப்யூன் தனது கையை திறந்து அந்த பரிசுப்பொருளை கவனிக்கிறார். ஜாஸ் ஆலுக்காசின் விலை உயர்ந்த வைர மோதிரம்! இப்படி போகிறது அந்த விளம்பரம்.

இதில் அந்த ப்யூனாக நடித்திருப்பவர் பதினைந்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட படங்களுக்கு தயாரிப்பு நிர்வாகியாக பணியாற்றியிருக்கும் காசி. இந்த விளம்பர படத்தின் இயக்குனர் மனோஜ் பிள்ளையுடன் லொகேஷன் பார்க்க போயிருந்தாராம். பல இடங்களை அவருக்கு காட்டியவர் கடைசியாக ராயப்பேட்டையில் அமைந்திருக்கும் வெஸ்ட்லி பள்ளியை காண்பித்திருக்கிறார். அப்போது இந்த கண்ணாடியை போட்டுகிட்டு நடந்து வாங்க என்றாராம் மனோஜ். அப்படியே நடந்து வந்த காசியிடம் நீங்கதான் இந்த கேரக்டர்ல நடிக்கிறீங்க என்று கூற இன்ப அதிர்ச்சி காசிக்கு.

இந்த விளம்பரத்தை பார்த்துவிட்டு திரையுலகத்தினர் பலரும் பெரிய கேரக்டர்களில் நடிக்க அழைக்கிறார்களாம். ‘என் முதல் படமே விஜய்யுடன் நடிச்சது பெரிய மகிழ்ச்சி என்று புல்லரிக்கிறார் காசி. மொத்தம் இரண்டு நாட்கள் நடந்த அந்த படப்பிடிப்பில் விஜய்யே முன் வந்து ‘காசியண்ணே, இப்படி நடந்து வாங்க. அப்படி லுக் கொடுங்க’ என்று சொல்லிக் கொடுத்ததுதான் அதைவிட பெரிய மகிழ்ச்சி’ என்கிறார் காசி.

3 idiots is fast finalized in which Vijay, Arya and Jeeva

The cast of the Tamil ‘3 idiots is fast finalized in which Vijay, Arya and Jeeva will be starring the role of the ‘3 idiots’. Vijay will be swapped with Telugu actor ‘Mahesh Babu’ in the Telugu version of ‘3 idiots’. But then, S A Chandrasekar (SAC) had other plans.

Vijay’s films have been dubbed in Tamil but then Vijay has not acted in a direct Telugu film so far where he does not have a huge market too. Vijay has so far not accepted any direct Telugu films. This idea was suggested by SAC that Vijay could become a mass hero in Telugu as well. Even though Vijay is no match to ‘Mahesh Babu’, SAC believes that Shankar is the master magician who can make this happen.

Vijay has also inked a deal with Gemini Film Circuit who is producing both the Tamil and Telugu version of ‘3 idiots’. The deal is that Vijay will extend his call sheet for one more film after the Tamil and Telugu versions of ‘3 idiots’ for which he would not take even a single rupee.

So generous! Can Vijay become the Chief Minister of ‘Two States?’ Incidentally, Chetan Bhagat’s fourth book was titled ‘Two States’. Was SAC reading the book while he got the idea?

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Kaavalan’ is rolling fast on floors of VIT College in Vellore. The film started rolling before 6 months in Chennai and shooting was held in various parts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The original version ‘Bodyguard’ directed by Siddique featured Dhilip and Nayanthara sharing the screen space.

Looks like the film’s storyline is similar to Suriya-Trisha starrer ‘Mounam Pesiyadhe’, in which a series of phone calls from a girl changes the protagonist’s life…

The complete first half would travel on the lines of fun, frolic and romance while the second half turns to be more contrast with emotions and poignant romance with an unexpected twist during climax.

Vidhyasagar has scored music for the film while Ekambaram of ‘Iyarkai’ has handled cinematography. The role played by director Siddique in original version will be enacted by Vadivelu in this remake version.

The scenes involving college sequences are being shot at VIT College in Vellore and the shooting will wrap up after this schedule.

Tamannah on ‘3 Idiots’

Tamannah has cleared the air by saying that no one had approached her so far to play the female protagonist in the Tamil remake of Bollywood blockbuster ‘3 Idiots’, which would be directed by Shankar.

“No, the reports are not true. I have not been offered the role so far,” the actress says, adding: “The Hindi original is a huge hit and I am hopeful that the Tamil version too will be equally big.”

Interestingly, if the role is offered to Tamannah, she would for the second time play a character played by Kareena Kapoor. The first time was in ‘Kanden Kadhalai’, which was inspired by ‘Jab We Met’.

Buzz is that the Tamil version of ‘3 Idiots’ would bring together Shankar and Vijay for the first time. Music will be by Harris Jayaraj. Remember Shankar worked as an associate to Vijay’s father S A Chandrasekaran before becoming a director.
