Kaaval Kathal becomes Kaavalan!

The latest on Vijay’s Siddique directed remake of Malayalam Bodyguard, is that the title of the film has once again been changed. Initially the film was called Kaavalkaran, after MGR film by the same title, but when the original right holders of the title objected, Vijay and Siddique changed it to Kaaval Kathal.
Now the latest we hear is that title has once again been changed to Kaavalan, which Siddique feels is a more macho title. The posters of the film will have Ilayathalapathy Vijay in and as Kaavalan, which will have tremendous recall value among his fans. It is also a literal translation of Bodyguard in Tamil. Meanwhile after shooting some portions of the film in a bungalow in ECR in Chennai, the unit has moved to VIT Engineering College in Vellore, to shoot college campus scenes. Earlier, the first schedule of the film was held at VIT in May. In the film Asin plays Raj Kiran a don ’s daughter. He employs Vijay as her bodyguard, leading to further twists in the story.

Kaaval Kaadhal renamed Kaavalan

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s 51st film Kaaval Kaadhal, a remake of the Malayalam hit Bodyguard starring Dileep and Nayantara, has been renamed Kaavalan.

Kaavalan is directed by Siddique (of Friends fame) , who directed the original version. The film has a plot with plenty of comedy and action and also brings Asin back to Kollywood after a gap.

Hi fans,i am saagar..i worked in sun pictures for 1 year as a coordinator..some people think that surya is a gud person but wrong.a car driver who is working in sun pictures saw him on ayan movie interview inside the studio..that time a shocking matter happened..many drivers and workers who r working there wants to take a photo with him after the interview,but after the interview when he came outside he shouted “i am not interested in taking photos, will u people give me some space ”?.And again went inside..the people standing outside got angry wit him and went off..after half an hour 12 or 13 girls was waiting outside. there was no one except these girls that time.they were also working in tat company. wen he came outside again he saw them and happily took photo with them..the driver who told this to me was there on the spot for 3 hours and was a surya fan..Wen he was telling me he told tat he was dissapointed about surya, and said “what a evil character he is”…So friends spread this matter to everyone even surya fans, and let them know what a bad person he is …

VIJAY’S TITLE CONFUSION

The title of Vijay’s forthcoming film, which is the remake of the Malayalam film Bodyguard, has not been finalized yet. The film was initially titled Kaavalkaran, but the producers of this yesteryear hit refused to part with the title, landing Vijay and team in confusion.

Then it was decided to rename the film Kaaval Kaadhal but Vijay was not too keen on it and was scouting for something suitable. The latest buzz in Kollywood is that Vijay may settle for the title Kaavalan. However, an official announcement is not yet out.

This film is directed by Siddique, who also wielded the megaphone for the original version.

Hi fans,i am saagar..i worked in sun pictures for 1 year as a coordinator..some people think that surya is a gud person but wrong.a car driver who is working in sun pictures saw him on ayan movie interview inside the studio..that time a shocking matter happened..many drivers and workers who r working there wants to take a photo with him after the interview,but after the interview when he came outside he shouted “i am not interested in taking photos, will u people give me some space ”?.And again went inside..the people standing outside got angry wit him and went off..after half an hour 12 or 13 girls was waiting outside. there was no one except these girls that time.they were also working in tat company. wen he came outside again he saw them and happily took photo with them..the driver who told this to me was there on the spot for 3 hours and was a surya fan..Wen he was telling me he told tat he was dissapointed about surya, and said “what a evil character he is”…So friends spread this matter to everyone even surya fans, and let them know what a bad person he is …
