Hi I watched the movie at Sathyam…

The movie was really nice with good comedy in the first half… Vijay and santhanam scenes are nice…

Anuksha luks brilliant in the movie and sexy too…
Second half drags a little bit too much…
But overall the movie was good in Vijay Typical style…

The songs are really super and especially Nan Adicha song was superb…

Overall i will giv 3.5/5 for Vijay’s Vettaikaran and as a Vijay fan i luvd the movei

Meanwhile, Vijay comes to know about a shocking fact that Devraj IPS, his guru, has lost his career, eyesight and his family because of Vedhanayagam. Now, Ravi join hands with Devaraj and vows take a revenge of baddies and starts striking with his fists of actions that move in a much cliched way. It is none other than a Perarasu type mass masala which mostly failed to grab the attention of the viewers in most of the scenes. Vijay does his role as usually with lot of aimless punches, stunts and dry comedy. Srinath, appearing as Vijay’s associate is irritating the viewers like an empty vessels noise.

The post interval part is so overdosed with gory elements. Anushka reveals her glamour portions well. There is no scope to her to show her acting performance. Though the narration of police officer Devraj role is remembering Nasser of Dhill, Sri Hari done it with his maximum input.

Gopinath’s cameras work is good. But it is Vijay Antony who failed to attract with good numbers in tunes as well as BGM. There is nothing new in the film, including the promotional techniques of Sun Pictures.. So the hopes to make this film as a minimum hit is also very difficult to Vijay

Hard times continues for Vijay.. better luck in Sura

Here is another B grade flick from Vijay’s factory of Mass Masala! There is nothing new in this action-revenge-average comedy flick and most of the scenes also dragged from his old movies like Pokkiri, Bhagavathy, Thiruppachi etc… Also Vijay is completely surrendered in front of the demigod of Kollywood, Rajinikanth. He almost copied the superstar’s style and mannerisms even in dialogue delivery. So once again the actor proves that there is no place for originality in his films or his acting

Just the comeback youl want from vijay after villu. Vijay fans, Vijay is back with a blockbuster movie, enjoy it and stay happy.

Babu Sivan must be commended on a good effort, thought not without its flaws. He has handled the dialogue department with care and come out with good results. Action is a regular Vijay style and will cater to his fans.

Vettaikaran is an out and out Vijay film, straight to his fans who are bound to be happy with the outcome, considering the last two offerings which did not please many. A fun first half and an action packed but predictable and a bit jaded second make a pretty reasonable final product for all those who don’t mind commercial mass masala without caring for things such as reason or logic.Other performances live up to the requirements of the script. Sathyan, along with Vijay, makes the first half work with his comic acts. Saleem Ghouse is the typical bad man while VMC Haneefa leaves a mark in his small role. Sukumari shows her experience in the portions given to her and Sayaji Shinde is in full form as a cop loyal to the evil master

Verdict: not a bull’s eye, not a big miss either.

The highly anticipated Vijay-Anushka chemistry does not provide any spark on screen which disappoints. Surprisingly, Anushka does not look as ravishing as usual and she also does not get much footage in the film other than songs. It is a bit of downer for the actress after the Arundhathi high.

i xpectd a lot from this movie .but there is nothin much ,pls giv our hero differrent roles,not same always.

Vettaikaran is an out and out Vijay movie. This movie is a hit according to Vijay fans(even me). I wan Vijay anna to change his way of dressing. I wan him to have a porsch look. Vijay is nothing less compared to other heroes. So please change your dressing style and the script….

Iam a neutral person, watched this movie for my friend on Day1. this is not a bad movie as very few people say. This is good entertainer for 21/2 hrs. One can surely watch the movie. It has good humor, good songs, no punch dialouges. over all a good movie worth your money. I believe a few Ajith fans are entering to this site and passing false comments.

Hi I saw the movie on the first day.. It is nice… First half is really good.. but second half s little lengthy.. It will be a gr8 movie, if they reduce some unwanted scenes in the 2nd half.. Thanks to ‘Babu Sivan’ for giving a gd movie to vijay…

Vijay Pls start acting in some good director’s movie. Look at Suriya how he is giving variety within comercial formula.Enough of acting in Perarasu style movie.It is like watching full movie Lollu Sabha.Same plot,same routine in each movie.Look back at Rajini movies from Annamalai all have some variety and for all type audience from A-C centre. I was your fan but sorry I cannot watch movies like this which strictly for C centre. First half is ok but second is just like another Bagavathy.

i watched the movie, liked all the songs, but to see Vijay in the same style, disappointed me. Some parts of the scenes, Vijay tries so hard to “act”, but it didnt look natural. Anyhow, best of luck for Vijay, atleast in his next movie – Sura.

I just watched this movie… This movie was one of the best movies i ve ever watched in my whole life. This must be nominated for oscars and i also strongly advice that manirathram and kamal should see such movie and get inspired. The song Puli Urumudhu was totally different and a visual treat. The punch dialogues gave me goosebumps. especially the one where vijay says ‘Saami munnaadi mattum dhaan’.. hats off.. And this will be the life time performance for Salim Ghouse (Vedhanayagam). The tour scene where vedhanayam nna bayam comes was one of its kind. one final thing i can say about this movie. ‘Padam Pattaasu’
