Velayudham Audio Launched – Songs are Rocking!

Vijay’s Velayudham Audio was released today(August 28th) in a grand function at CSI Ground in Pudhur, Madurai. Illayathalapathy Vijay was escorted by 100 cars from the madurai airport to the the venue and it was festival like mood in madurai.

Velayudham soundtrack consists of 6 tracks and the music has been scored by Vijay Antony. Within 5 hours of the audio Launch, the entire Velayudham audio CD’s are sold out. Due to this, Sony Music India have started to reprint more audio CDs to meet the demand. This level of record breaking success hasn’t been achieved in the past, and it has broken the audio record sales of Endhiran and Mankatha. Read the rest of this entry »

Vijay & Genelia Flying To Europe??

Vijay’s Velayudham shooting has been wrapped up except a song and few action sequences. The latest we hear from the film unit is that Ilayathalapathy Vijay and Genelia are going to fly to Europe for the shoot of the song.

Velayudham directed by Jayam Raja stars Vijay and Genelia D’Souza in lead roles while Hansika Motwani and Saranya Mohan plays supporting roles. The music for the film has been scored by Vijay Antony while it is being produced by Aascar Ravichandran.

Velayudham is expected to release big on June 22 which is on Vijay’s Birthday.

Nanban Release Date – Diwali 2011?

Nanban Movie Release Date

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s much expected film Nanban shooting has been going fast. Director Shankar recently has completed the second schedule of the movie in Dehradun.

Directed by Shankar Nanban features Vijay, Ileana, Jiiva, Srikanth, Sathyaraj, Sathyan and SJ Surayah. As per sources nearly 40 percent of the movie is over. Music director Harris Jayaraj has already completed three out of the six songs in the album.

As per sources in another 4 months the entire shoot of the film will be over and its post production work may start. Nanban produced by Gemini Film Circuit is expected to be a Big 2011 Diwali release.

So this Diwali all Vijay fans get ready for fireworks on screen!
